Meet Neil & Ailsa

Pure Scottish Tours is run by husband-and-wife team Neil and Ailsa, combining expert local knowledge with exceptional planning and personal service.

Neil has spent many years working as a professional driver-guide, leading visitors on tours across every corner of Scotland. From the dramatic Highlands and the rugged Isle of Skye to historic cities, hidden glens, and picturesque coastal villages, he has introduced travellers from around the world to Scotland's incredible history, culture, and landscapes. His local knowledge, storytelling, and friendly approach ensure every tour is as engaging as it is memorable.

Behind the scenes, Ailsa brings more than ten years of experience as an Account Director in leading advertising agencies. With a background in client service, project management, and meticulous organisation, she works with you to plan every detail of your itinerary, ensuring your experience is seamless from your first enquiry through to your final day in Scotland.
